Damaged? Tell us
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. Opened food cannot be returned; approved damage claims may be replaced or refunded.

We build each recipe around fruit juices or purées, then use botanicals, spices, and natural flavors to add contrast and length. Exact ingredients are listed in every flavor’s details.
Are your lollipops vegetarian?
Our recipes contain no gelatin or other intentionally animal-derived ingredients. They are made in a shared kitchen, so please review the allergen note and contact us with specific dietary concerns.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Our shared kitchen handles milk, egg, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact. Please email us before ordering if you have an allergy or severe sensitivity.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes. Add your gift note and the recipient’s delivery details to your email request. We will confirm the available delivery method, cost, and timing with you before payment.
How do I pay for my box?
This website does not collect payment. Send your box request by email, and we will reply with availability, the final total including delivery, and the available payment method. Nothing is final until you confirm.
Do you make candy for events?
We welcome requests for weddings, party favors, and small corporate gifts. Tell us your date, quantity, location, and flavor ideas through the custom order form below so we can discuss feasibility and pricing.
