Information you choose to share
You decide whether to contact us. If you send an email about a candy box, custom order, delivery issue, or privacy request, we may receive:
- Your name and email address.
- Your flavor selections, requested quantities, and gift message.
- Delivery details and event information you choose to provide.
- Order photographs or other details you send to help resolve an issue.
- Any other information included in your message.
The box builder and custom order form use your browser to create an email draft. They do not transmit form entries to a website server. You must press send in your email app before we receive anything.
Please do not send payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information by email. This website does not request or process payment card details.
Information collected automatically
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking tools on this site. When the site is hosted online, the hosting provider may create standard technical logs that can include an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. These logs are typically used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain security.
We do not use this technical information to build advertising profiles. Any hosting provider’s handling of logs is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
How we use and share information
If you contact us, we may use your information to:
- Respond to questions and prepare availability, delivery, and price details.
- Review and fulfill an order you separately confirm.
- Provide customer support and resolve damaged-delivery claims.

Retention & security
We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, customer support, order records, dispute resolution, and applicable tax or legal requirements. Retention periods vary with the nature of the request. Browser-stored preferences remain for the periods described in the cookie table unless you remove them sooner.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, or storage method is completely secure, so please use care when choosing what to send.
Your choices & privacy rights
You can browse without contacting us, choose essential-only storage, clear your box, or remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may cause your privacy choice or box selections to be forgotten.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; request a portable copy; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information may contact us to request deletion.
